Take ownership of Class 2 & Class 3 projects across multi-residential, hotel and co-living  from DA through to construction. Your technical leadership and calm coordination will drive quality outcomes on design-driven buildings that balance ambition with commercial practicality.

You’ll join a design-led studio known for smart planning, efficient spatial outcomes and hands-on delivery. Expect real autonomy across documentation, consultant coordination and client liaison, backed by a team that values design integrity as much as on-site performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Class 2/3 projects from DA through to construction

• Own documentation packages and oversee drawing quality and issue control

• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage approvals pathways

• Chair/lead meetings with clients, authorities, builders and suppliers

• Resolve RFIs, review shop drawings and safeguard design intent on site

• Mentor grads and intermediates; set standards for documentation and delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience with Class 2/3 (multi-residential, hotel/co-living) projects

• Proven delivery across DA, CC and construction documentation

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred)

• Strong grasp of NCC, BCA, ADG and NSW planning controls

• Demonstrated success coordinating consultants and managing stakeholders

• Robust buildability/detailing instincts and a steady, solutions-first approach

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
