Project Architect - Multi-Residential & Aged Care Projects

💰 Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation

This opportunity sits within a well established international design practice known for delivering thoughtful residential, seniors living and mixed-use developments across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The studio brings together architects, interior designers and urban design specialists who collaborate closely to deliver projects that balance strong design thinking with practical delivery. With a history spanning more than five decades, the practice has built a reputation for designing places where people live, work and connect.

The Brisbane team is growing and looking for an Architect with around five years post-graduate experience who is confident using Revit and enjoys contributing to well coordinated, technically strong projects. You will be involved in the delivery of Class 2 multi-residential, aged care and mixed-use developments while working alongside experienced project leaders within a supportive studio environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contributing to the delivery of multi-residential, seniors living and mixed-use developments
• Producing and coordinating Revit documentation across design and documentation phases
• Working closely with project architects, consultants and internal teams
• Supporting the development of technical packages and detailed drawings
• Participating in design coordination meetings and project workshops
• Ensuring documentation meets planning, compliance and construction requirements
• Assisting with project delivery from design development through to construction stages

What You’ll Need

🎓 Qualifications: Master of Architecture (M.Arch) or equivalent
🖥️ Technical Skills: Strong Revit capability and documentation experience
🏗️ Experience: Around 5+ years post-graduate experience in architectural practice
🏢 Sector Exposure: Experience in Class 2 residential, aged care or mixed-use commercial projects
💬 Communication: Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
📋 Technical Ability: Good understanding of construction documentation and project delivery
📈 Mindset: Collaborative, detail focused and motivated to contribute within a busy design studio
