Take control of complex multi-residential projects during the delivery phase and position yourself for senior leadership with profit share.

This role is focused on execution and performance  leading projects from DA approval through documentation, tender and construction. You’ll be responsible for program, budget, coordination and client management, ensuring delivery is commercially strong and technically precise.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead projects from DA through documentation and construction
• Manage consultant coordination and multidisciplinary integration
• Oversee documentation quality and technical compliance
• Act as primary client contact during delivery
• Manage programme, fees, forecasting and resourcing
• Lead contract administration including RFIs and site inspections
• Mentor and support project teams

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years’ Australian studio experience
• Proven delivery of Class 2 / 3 multi-residential projects
• Strong construction documentation capability in Revit
• Solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
• Experience managing client relationships and project teams
• Registration and DBP preferred not required
• Seniors living experience advantageous
