Defence, infrastructure, renewables, marine and ports, private education, commercial, residential and industrial developments

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing expert cost advice across all stages of construction projects, from early feasibility through to final account
• Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and financial reports
• Supporting procurement processes and contract administration
• Helping clients maximise value while managing cost risks and financial decisions
• Monitoring budgets, risks and financial performance
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
• Conducting site visits to maintain project insight and delivery alignment

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in estimating and cost planning within a consultancy or PQS environment
• Familiarity with Australian construction legislation, standards and procurement frameworks
• Proficiency in cost-management software and reporting tools
• AIQS or RICS accreditation (or working towards it)
• Ability to present cost advice clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
• Ambition to progress toward Senior QS level
