Project Architect/Graduate of Architecture - Education

Are you an experienced Architect or M.Arch Graduate ready to take ownership of meaningful design work across education projects - from design development and detailed documentation through approvals, consultant coordination and construction delivery?

Join a dynamic Brisbane-based architectural studio delivering high-impact education environments across Queensland. The practice has built a strong reputation for designing contemporary learning environments that respond to evolving pedagogies and flexible teaching models. You’ll contribute to projects ranging from new learning facilities and campus expansions to complex staged upgrades within live environments, working closely with experienced architects and multidisciplinary consultants to deliver well-resolved, buildable design outcomes.

 
About the Role
 
You will be embedded in project teams working across active and upcoming education sector projects, from concept design and development right through DA, Tender and Construction phases.  
As Graduate Architect / Architect, you will collaborate closely with senior architects, consultants and stakeholders, contributing design thinking, technical input and delivery focus on real projects that make a difference in local communities. Some examples of current projects include - 
 

• $14M Middle School Precinct Building project
• $12M Training facility

What You’ll Be Doing
 
• Contributing across the full architectural process - from design development and DA documentation to tender packs and construction detailing
• Producing accurate architectural documentation inRevit(essential) to coordinate design intent and consultant input
• Visiting sites to support design resolution, surveys and construction coordination
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and client meetings, communicating design decisions effectively
• Coordinating with structural, services and specialist consultants to resolve design integration challenges
 
What You’ll Need
 
🎓 Master of Architecture or equivalent degree
🖥️ Proven Revit capability - essential for delivery across documentation phases
⚙️ Experience in architectural practices working on built environments 
💬 Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
📐 Desire to develop your architectural career with ownership of design work and project delivery
