Based in Brisbane, you’ll take the lead on large-scale projects from early design through to delivery. The studio is known for combining considered design with strong technical execution, consistently delivering multi-million dollar public sector work. With a team of around 50, the practice offers the capability of a larger firm while maintaining a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading projects from design through to completion
• Driving design development, approvals and tender documentation
• Managing consultant coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Overseeing site involvement and delivery outcomes
• Maintaining documentation quality and project standards
• Mentoring junior team members
• Delivering projects on programme and within budget

What you’ll need

• Experience delivering projects in Australia from DA through to handover
• Strong Revit capability
• Confidence coordinating consultants and leading meetings
• Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
• A collaborative mindset with ambition to progress
