Based in Brisbane, you will take ownership of large scale projects from concept through to delivery. The studio is known for combining thoughtful design with robust technical execution, managing multi million dollar projects while maintaining a collaborative and approachable culture. With around 50 professionals in the team, the practice has the capability of a larger firm while retaining a responsive and supportive studio environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading multi million dollar projects from design through to completion
• Driving design development, DA submissions and tender documentation
• Managing consultant coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Responding to RFIs and overseeing site visits
• Ensuring quality assurance and documentation standards are maintained
• Guiding graduates and technicians within the project team
• Delivering projects to programme and profitability targets

What You’ll Need

🎓 Experience: Proven experience delivering projects in Australia from DA to handover
🖥️ Technical Skills: Strong Revit proficiency is essential
⚙️ Leadership: Comfortable leading meetings and coordinating consultants
💬 Communication: Confident liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
📈 Mindset: Ambitious, collaborative and motivated to grow
