You’ll step into a Design Leader role where your ideas aren’t filtered through layers of hierarchy. Operating across multi-residential Class 2 and 3 projects, including seniors living, this international practice combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability. With over 30 years of experience and a global footprint, they are entering a new growth phase and this role has a clear pathway into senior leadership, including profit share participation.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead design direction from concept through DA
• Translate early ideas into resolved, commercially intelligent architectural solutions
• Drive design integrity across large-scale residential projects
• Coordinate consultants during front-end phases
• Present design strategies to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor architects and graduates in the design phase
• Ensure compliance with NCC and planning frameworks during development

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years’ Australian studio experience
• Strong Class 2 / 3 multi-residential experience
• Demonstrated design leadership on complex projects
• Revit proficiency
• Strong understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
• Client-facing confidence and strategic thinking
• Registration and DBP preferred not required
• Seniors living experience advantageous
