If you’re a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being trusted with projects, advising clients and helping shape project outcomes from the earliest stages, this role offers the opportunity to step into a visible and influential position within a global consultancy environment.

You’ll be joining an internationally recognised property and construction consultancy with a long track record delivering cost management and advisory services across major developments worldwide. The firm is known for combining technical cost expertise with strategic commercial advice, helping clients deliver projects with clarity and confidence.

The Adelaide office continues to grow and works across a diverse mix of developments including commercial buildings, residential projects, health facilities, education infrastructure and mixed-use precincts. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in client advisory, project leadership and mentoring junior team members while working closely with experienced directors and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading cost management services across multiple development projects
• Providing early stage feasibility advice and strategic cost planning
• Advising clients on procurement strategies and project commercial structures
• Managing project budgets, cost reporting and financial risk
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, project managers and consultants
• Leading negotiations around variations, procurement and final accounts
• Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors within the team

What You’ll Need

🎓 Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar
📊 Experience: Strong PQS consultancy background with experience managing projects
🏗️ Sector Exposure: Commercial, residential, infrastructure or public sector developments
💬 Client Skills: Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and project teams
📋 Commercial Insight: Ability to provide practical cost advice and manage project risks
📈 Leadership: Comfortable taking ownership of projects and guiding junior staff
