Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Focus

📍 Location: Sydney - Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 plus Superannuation

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects from planning through delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting team development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cost planning, budgets, and financial reporting across projects
• Preparing detailed cost plans and monitoring expenditure
• Ensuring financial efficiency and risk awareness throughout delivery
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working independently while collaborating with a skilled project team

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at Senior level
• Strong cost planning and financial management capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
