You’ll lead new-build data-centre developments in NSW, overseeing all client, consultant, and stakeholder coordination. Working within a practice known for its forward-thinking approach to design and technology, you’ll enjoy genuine autonomy backed by a strong, collaborative team structure.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the sector lead in the design and delivery of new-build data-centre and commercial projects

• Manage project programs, budgets, and client communications through all phases

• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes

• Oversee documentation and construction detailing to ensure design integrity

• Contribute to design reviews, project strategies, and sustainability initiatives

• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading complex, data-centre, industrial or health projects

• Strong technical capability and understanding of building systems integration

• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills

• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

• A passion for design innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence

• Architectural registration (or eligibility) preferred

• Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
