You’ll lead new-build data-centre developments in NSW, overseeing all client, consultant, and stakeholder coordination. Working within a practice known for its forward-thinking approach to design and technology, you’ll enjoy genuine autonomy backed by a strong, collaborative team structure.

Work alongside the sector lead in the design and delivery of new-build data-centre and commercial projects
Manage project programs, budgets, and client communications through all phases
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve high-quality outcomes
Oversee documentation and construction detailing to ensure design integrity
Contribute to design reviews, project strategies, and sustainability initiatives
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture
Proven experience leading complex, data-centre, industrial or health projects
Strong technical capability and understanding of building systems integration
Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
A passion for design innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence
Architectural registration (or eligibility) preferred
Proficiency in Revit or similar BIM software
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
