Kappa Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning design and construct firm specialising in high-quality commercial interiors. With a strong pipeline of workplace fitout projects and a well-established client base, this studio is seeking a Mid–Senior Interior Designer with strong D&C experience to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a designer who’s confident across all project stages—from concept through to construction—and wants to be part of a creative, fast-moving environment where good design is paired with efficient delivery.

The Role

• Work across concept, design development, documentation, and delivery

• Liaise with internal project managers and construction teams

• Produce detailed documentation using Revit

• Present to clients and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and compliance codes

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial workplace interiors

• Experience in a Mid–Senior Interior Design role within a D&C setting

• Strong proficiency in Revit

• Solid understanding of industry codes and standards

• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
