Graduate Design Architect - Multi-Residential & Mixed-Use Projects

📍 Location: Sydney CBD (close to Wynyard Station)
💼 Employment Type: Full Time
💰 Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

You’ll be joining a nationally recognised, design-led architecture practice working across residential, mixed-use and civic projects. The Sydney team is currently delivering a number of active developments, giving you the chance to contribute to live work while building your skills in a structured, supportive environment.

This is a role where you’ll be learning by doing - getting involved in design development and documentation, working alongside experienced architects, and gaining the kind of hands-on experience that sets you up for the next stage of your career.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in design development and documentation tasks
• Contribute to DA packages and Revit drawing production
• Support coordination with consultants and internal teams
• Work across residential and mixed-use project typologies
• Assist in resolving planning and technical design issues
• Deliver assigned tasks to agreed timelines and standards

What you’ll need

🎓 Bachelor or Master of Architecture
🖥️ Revit proficiency is essential
🏗️ Experience within an architectural practice
🏢 Exposure to residential or mixed-use projects preferred
💬 Strong communication and teamwork skills
📋 Ability to support documentation and coordination tasks
📈 Motivated to learn and develop within a structured studio
