Step into a role where you’ll take ownership of clinical planning on major acute hospital projects and have influence over how they’re shaped.
Operating within a specialist health team, you’ll be involved from early-stage briefing through to planning coordination, working closely with stakeholders, consultants and project leaders to resolve complex clinical environments.
Based in Brisbane, you’ll be working on large-scale public hospital projects that are already underway, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Queensland. You’ll be stepping into healthcare infrastructure projects of significant scale and complexity.
With direct access to senior project leaders, you’ll be trusted to lead user groups, manage planning packages and keep outcomes aligned across teams. The environment is delivery-focused, stakeholder-heavy and suited to someone confident operating at a senior level.

What you’ll do
· Lead clinical and departmental planning across hospital projects
· Manage clinical adjacencies and resolve complex functional relationships
· Run user group consultation sessions with clinical stakeholders
· Translate operational requirements into coordinated planning outcomes
· Manage briefing data and room schedules using dRofus
· Coordinate with design teams and consultants to maintain alignment
· Resolve planning challenges across multiple stakeholders and project phases
What you’ll need
· Proven experience on major acute hospital projects
· Strong background in departmental planning and clinical adjacencies
· Experience leading user group consultations
· Strong Revit and dRofus capability
· Working knowledge of AusHFG and QLD Health infrastructure guidelines
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to operate autonomously within complex project teams
