What you’ll be doing

• Leading multi-residential and public buildings from DA through to construction handover

• Managing stakeholders: clients, councils, certifiers, neighbours, contractors

• Reviewing shop drawings, inspecting build quality, and resolving on-site issues

• Coordinating with consultants to ensure every detail works—technically and visually

• Mentoring junior architects and shaping the project team’s approach

• Managing program timelines, budgets, and design integrity throughout

What you’ll bring

• 5–10+ years' experience on aged-care and multi residential projects

• Strong technical and detailing skills, including consultant coordination

• Deep working knowledge of NSW planning, NCC, DBP Act, and local regs

• Confident client and stakeholder manager—can handle tough feedback and find solutions

• Proven experience running teams and delivering under pressure

• High design standards and strong instincts for buildability and material quality
