🌱 Flexible WFH
Design luxury spaces where brand experience comes first.
This is a rare chance to work on flagship environments for some of the world’s most prestigious names in luxury retail - including Rolex, Cartier and Patek Philippe. These are not standard fit-outs. Every line, junction and material choice is scrutinised, because the space itself must reflect craftsmanship, heritage and absolute precision from the moment a client walks in.
Alongside elite retail projects, you’ll deliver high-end residential interiors defined by architectural clarity, custom joinery and refined detailing. The studio creates immersive modern spaces that integrate architecture, interiors and branding into cohesive, highly considered environments.
This role suits a strong Interior Designer ready to run projects end-to-end - someone who wants real ownership, technical depth and the satisfaction of seeing complex designs built exactly as intended.
Why This Role Stands Out
• Work on globally recognised luxury retail brands (Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe)
• CBD studio with flexible WFH arrangements
• Senior-level autonomy - trusted to lead, not just assist
• Architecturally driven residential projects alongside retail work
• Boutique, design-led practice with high standards
• Exposure across the full project lifecycle
• Clear step into a Senior Interior Designer role
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead interior design delivery across luxury retail and high-end residential projects
• Translate design concepts into precise, buildable documentation
• Prepare full drawing packages for CDC, DA, Tender and Construction
• Coordinate consultants including BCA, fire, services, structural and hydraulic
• Develop detailed joinery, finishes and construction information
• Manage retail fit-out requirements, approvals and delivery timelines
• Make day-to-day design and documentation decisions independently
• Liaise directly with builders, suppliers and stakeholders
What You Bring
• Proven retail fit-out experience
• AutoCAD proficiency is essential
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Strong documentation skills across all project stages
• Solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
• Experience coordinating multiple consultants
• Strong eye for detail, materials and spatial quality
• Desire to lead projects and take ownership
