Graduate Architect | ArchiCAD

Join a design-led studio renowned for its award-winning residential and public projects, where you’ll contribute to meaningful architecture that balances creativity, context, and sustainability.

This role offers exposure across Class 2 and Class 1 projects giving you the opportunity to refine your design skills and gain hands-on project experience through all stages. You’ll be part of a collaborative, design-focused team that values curiosity, craft, and a shared commitment to improving how people live and connect with their environment.

You’ll work directly alongside Project Architects and Associates in a supportive studio that fosters mentorship, career growth, and creative exploration.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the design and documentation of Class 2 and Class 1 projects

  • Assist in feasibility, concept design, and planning submissions

  • Develop ArchiCAD and presentation documentation across multiple project stages

  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver cohesive design outcomes

  • Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to studio discussions

  • Support project delivery while learning from senior team members


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience in an architectural practice

  • Class 2 project experience and a desire to work on class 1 projects

  • Strong ArchiCAD skills and documentation skills

  • Understanding of NSW planning systems, SEPP, ADG, and BCA compliance

  • Excellent attention to detail, design sensibility, and communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and genuine passion for design-driven architecture

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
