With an expanding project portfolio both locally and overseas, the Sydney team is growing and looking for ambitious Graduate Architects eager to gain experience across all project stages from early design concepts through to DA and beyond.
You’ll work closely with Associates and Project Leaders in a collaborative environment that values learning, curiosity, and creativity. Contribute to multi-residential, mixed-use, and civic projects from concept to DA and delivery
Support feasibility and early design development under the guidance of senior architects
Prepare documentation and Revit models with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with design reports, presentations, and coordination with consultants
Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas to project outcomes
Collaborate within a friendly, open studio environment that promotes continuous learning
4+ years post-graduate experience within an architectural practice
Exposure to multi-residential or mixed-use projects (front-end or delivery phases)
Revit proficiency with solid documentation and coordination skills
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
A growth mindset and enthusiasm to work toward architectural registration
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
