Associate Director (Design Architect)

In Sydney over the last few years they have developed a knack for winning design competitions - including some really sought after projects. They have achieved this by engaging highly creative and exciting individuals to push the boundaries.
They are rolling into 2025 will a full work program already locked in. This enables them to be selective in the work they are offered, and affords them the time and resources to go after the projects they want.
The Design team operates across their offices in a high achieving 'bubble', the Directors consider this team to be absolutely critical to the firms success going forward.
It is for these reasons they are looking to secure the services of an accomplished Architect, with real presence, who can make a positive contribution to the design function within their Sydney Studio.
The Role
This Associate Director role will involve working closely with clients and other stakeholders to arrive an a workable concept for a range of new build residential and mixed-use project types.

Required attributes
- Conceptual design talent, regardless of number of years experience.
- Experience of leading the design of Mid to large scale projects
- Exposure to The State Design Review Panel (SDRP) would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are absolutely essential for this role.
