📍 Location: Brisbane CBD

💰 Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Superannuation

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team working on some of Australia’s largest infrastructure, mining, and engineering projects. This role provides exposure to roads, rail, light rail, defence, mining, and renewables.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead cost planning, estimation, and contract administration across major projects.
✅ Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency.
✅ Conduct financial reporting, risk analysis, and value engineering assessments.
✅ Mentor and develop junior quantity surveyors, contributing to team growth.
✅ Provide strategic cost advice to clients to ensure project success.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
📊 5+ years of experience in a PQS environment, with exposure to major projects.
