Quantity Surveyor – Multi-Sector Projects
Parramatta, Sydney (Hybrid)

💰 $90,000 – $100,000 + Super
🏡 Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH

If you’re a Quantity Surveyor with a couple of years’ experience and want to accelerate toward Senior level, this role gives you the exposure and support to get there.

You’ll join a leading national PQS consultancy in Parramatta, working across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. This role offers real involvement across the full project lifecycle, from cost planning through to delivery, giving you the exposure needed to progress to Senior QS.

You’ll work closely with experienced surveyors while starting to take ownership of key project tasks and client interactions.

What you’ll do

• Support cost planning, feasibility studies and budget development
• Prepare cost reports, valuations and variation assessments
• Assist with tendering, procurement and contractor engagement
• Contribute to BOQs and contract documentation
• Monitor project costs and support financial reporting
• Attend site visits and project meetings
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

What you’ll need

• Experience in a PQS or consultancy environment
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Good understanding of cost planning, procurement and project delivery
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement ability
• Experience with Excel and CostX (or similar) preferred
