What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Managing all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects.
✅ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
✅ Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency.
✅ Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
✅ Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.
💡 Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills.
💬 Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships.
📊 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
🏗️ A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
