A growing architecture practice is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Class 2 projects within their Sydney studio.

The studio operates across multi-residential developments, delivering projects through structured project teams with a strong emphasis on coordination, documentation and delivery outcomes.

You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where communication is clear, project teams are well supported and individuals are given genuine exposure across project stages.

Role Overview

This role is suited to a Project Coordinator with 5+ years’ post-graduate experience and strong exposure to Class 2 projects.

You’ll be supporting project teams across documentation, consultant coordination and delivery-related tasks, ensuring projects remain organised and aligned with programme requirements.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with teams and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination across Class 2 projects
• Assist with documentation and consultant management
• Coordinate project information and programme requirements
• Work closely with Project Leaders and internal teams
• Support delivery-stage project outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Relevant architectural qualification
• 5+ years’ post-graduate experience
• Strong Class 2 project exposure
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities
