Interior Designer - Multi-Residential & Hospitality Projects

📍 Location: Sydney CBD (close to Town Hall Station)

💰 Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation

Join an award-winning, integrated architecture and interior design practice with studios across Australia and New Zealand. With over two decades of experience, the studio has built a reputation for delivering large-scale residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, often partnering with leading local and international design teams on landmark projects.
 

The Sydney team continues to build momentum, working on a range of high-profile developments including multi-residential, student accommodation and mixed-use projects. Interiors are developed as part of the core design process, requiring close coordination with architecture and a strong understanding of how spaces function, feel and perform.

You’ll step into a role where you can contribute meaningfully across design and documentation, working within a team that values practical thinking, clear communication and well-resolved outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop interior layouts, material selections and spatial planning
• Produce accurate Revit documentation across project phases
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers
• Assist in resolving detailing and technical challenges
• Support presentations and communicate design ideas clearly
• Contribute to project delivery through construction stages

What you’ll need

🎓 Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
🖥️ Strong Revit capability is essential
🏗️ Experience in a local studio environment
🏢 Experience across residential, hospitality or commercial interiors
💬 Confident working within teams and coordinating with consultants
📋 Strong attention to detail in documentation and delivery
📈 Organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines
