The interiors team plays a key role in developing environments that support productivity, wellbeing and long-term adaptability. Projects are collaborated with architects, engineers and technical specialists, ensuring interior strategies align with broader project goals and performance requirements.

This position is suited to a Senior Interior Designer who enjoys contributing to concept development, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and helping translate design ideas into high-quality project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and present interior design concepts for workplace environments
• Contribute to spatial planning, materials selection and interior strategies
• Assist in progressing concepts into coordinated documentation
• Work alongside architects, engineers and project leaders across project stages
• Participate in design discussions and internal reviews
• Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines during project delivery

What You'll Need

• Senior-level experience within an architecture or design consultancy environment
• Demonstrated ability developing and presenting design concepts
• Strong Revit capability
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
