A design-led architecture practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to support a growing pipeline of Class 2 and aged care projects.

The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering technically resolved projects, with a clear focus on documentation quality, coordination and buildability. Their work spans multi-residential and community-focused developments, with projects typically running from early design through to delivery.

Operating within a structured team environment, the practice places a strong emphasis on collaboration and clear communication across all project stages. With consistent workflow and experienced leadership, this is a studio where technicians are well supported and play a key role in delivering project outcomes.

Role Overview

This role is suited to an Architectural Technician with 6+ years’ experience who is confident working across delivery-stage projects.

You’ll be supporting documentation and coordination across Class 2 and aged care projects, working closely with Project Architects and consultants to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements.

It’s a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working through detail and contributing to well-executed project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage construction documentation packages
• Coordinate drawings with consultants and internal teams
• Work across ArchiCAD on live projects
• Implement mark-ups and revisions accurately
• Support delivery through documentation and coordination stages

Skills & Experience

• Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor of Architecture or higher)
• 6+ years’ experience within an architectural practice
• Strong experience across Class 2 and/or aged care projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Solid understanding of Australian codes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
