An established architecture and delivery-focused studio is seeking a Project Leader to join their Sydney team.

The practice has built a strong reputation across large-scale Class 2 projects, delivering technically resolved outcomes through well-structured project teams and strong consultant coordination. Their pipeline continues to grow across the residential sector, with projects spanning from DA through to construction.

This is a collaborative environment where Project Leaders are given genuine ownership across projects and supported by experienced leadership teams.

Role Overview

This role is suited to a NSW Registered Architect with 8+ years’ post-graduate experience and strong delivery capability across Class 2 projects.

You’ll be responsible for leading teams through DA, documentation and construction phases, ensuring projects are coordinated, compliant and delivered efficiently.

The role requires someone technically strong, organised and comfortable managing consultants, internal teams and stakeholder expectations across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Class 2 projects from DA through to construction
• Manage project delivery, coordination and programme outcomes
• Oversee consultant coordination and documentation packages
• Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA and relevant standards
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Attend project meetings and contribute to delivery strategies

Skills & Experience

• NSW Registered Architect
• 8+ years’ post-graduate experience
• Strong Class 2 project experience
• Proven delivery capability from DA through to construction
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong coordination and communication skills
