A growing architecture and design practice is seeking a Project Architect to join their Sydney team, supporting the delivery of Class 2 and Class 3 projects across multiple stages.

The studio has developed a strong reputation within the multi-residential sector, delivering projects that balance design intent with technical execution and compliance. Their pipeline includes a range of residential and mixed-use developments, with teams working closely across design, documentation and delivery phases.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and delivery-focused environment where Project Architects are given genuine ownership across projects and play a key role in coordinating teams, consultants and project outcomes.

Role Overview

This role is suited to a NSW Registered Architect with 6+ years’ experience delivering Class 2 and Class 3 projects within Australia.

You’ll be involved across project delivery, supporting coordination, documentation and stakeholder management throughout key project stages. The role requires someone technically capable, organised and confident managing project responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a Project Architect who enjoys working closely with consultants, resolving technical challenges and contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across documentation and delivery phases
• Manage consultant coordination and project communication
• Produce and review architectural documentation packages
• Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards
• Support project planning, delivery and programme management
• Attend and contribute to project and consultant meetings
• Mentor and support junior team members where required

Skills & Experience

• NSW Registered Architect
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience within an architectural practice
• Strong experience across Class 2 and/or Class 3 projects
• Proven capability across documentation and project delivery
• Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and Australian Standards
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
