A well-established architecture practice based in Sydney’s Upper North Shore is seeking a Graduate Architect to join its growing team.

The practice has a strong track record delivering high-quality projects, with a focus on thoughtful design and well-resolved outcomes.

The studio environment is collaborative and supportive, with a close-knit team that works directly with senior staff. There is a clear focus on development, with structured support in place for those working towards registration.

Role Overview

This role is suited to a Graduate Architect with 2+ years’ post-graduate experience who is confident working within a project team across multiple stages.

You’ll be involved from concept through to delivery, supporting design development, documentation and coordination across a variety of projects. Working in Archicad, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building both your technical and design capability.

You’ll also be working closely alongside Directors, giving you direct exposure to decision-making and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist across concept design, design development and documentation
• Work across class 1, class 2, aged-care and commercial projects
• Support coordination with internal teams and consultants
• Implement mark-ups and revisions accurately
• Contribute to project delivery under senior guidance

Skills & Experience

• Master's of Architecture
• 2+ years’ post-graduate experience
• Experience working on Class 1, class 2, aged-care or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Archicad
• Understanding of Australian codes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
