Senior Architect

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Superannuation
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a multi award-winning national studio with a strong pipeline of large-scale residential and mixed-use work.
The role would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture, particularly documentation, coordination and working through the detail that brings complex projects together. You’ll be part of a collaborative Sydney team where Revit capability, clear communication and sound project judgement will be highly valued.
Class 2 experience would be a real advantage, but the studio is open to considering Architects from other sectors who bring strong documentation skills and a practical, team-focused approach.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with project teams across different stages, contributing to the delivery of large-scale projects and preparing well-coordinated architectural documentation in Revit.
A key part of the role will be keeping information clear and moving between internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders. You’ll be involved in consultant coordination, resolving documentation issues and helping ensure projects are delivered with accuracy and care.
This role needs someone who can balance competing priorities and make considered decisions when things are moving quickly. You’ll be trusted to bring confidence and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.

This is an established architecture and design practice with studios in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The team works across residential, mixed-use and broader built environment projects, with a focus on thoughtful design, strong documentation and well-considered project delivery.

- Registered Architect preferred
- Strong Revit skills and documentation experience
- Good understanding of residential delivery, compliance requirements, Australian Standards and relevant codes
- Experience coordinating consultants
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
