A national architecture practice is looking to bring on an M.Arch Graduate to support a growing pipeline of multi-residential in their Brisbane CBD studio.

With around 200 staff across four offices, the studio has built a strong reputation delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. Their work covers projects from early design through to construction, with a clear focus on developing graduates into well-rounded architects through real project exposure and structured support.

You’ll be joining a team where many have progressed internally, working alongside experienced architects who understand the pathway from graduate to project leadership. From day one, you’ll be involved in live projects, contributing across design, documentation and coordination while building a strong foundation for your logbook.

Role Overview

This role is suited to an M.Arch Graduate with some industry experience who is looking to gain end-to-end project exposure.

You’ll be supporting projects across multiple stages, assisting with design development, documentation and coordination while working within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. It’s an opportunity to build both technical capability and a clear understanding of how projects are delivered in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with design development and technical documentation
• Produce Revit drawings and support DA submissions
• Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams
• Work across multi-residential and mixed-use projects
• Support resolution of planning and design issues
• Deliver work in line with project deadlines and quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Master of Architecture qualification
• Strong Revit capability is essential
• Exposure to residential or mixed-use projects
• Ability to support documentation and coordination tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated to learn and develop within a structured environment
