Opportunities to take an active role in the office and on project teams

Provision of quantity surveying services from project inception to completion on a diverse range of private and public sector projects

Interaction with clients and consultant teams

A professional qualification in quantity surveying or construction economics, or property related fields preferred

Superior English verbal and written communication skills including report writing

Ability to lead, mentor and manage junior staff

Corporate Membership of an appropriate professional body or working towards one (AIQS, NZIQS, RICS, SAQS, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Advanced computer skills (including BIM expertise)

Proactive approach to service delivery

7 to 15 years’ experience in professional QS practice

Well-presented and professional with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives

Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)
