The Role
The successful candidate will work across the full project lifecycle – from briefing and concept development through to delivery. You will:

• Lead your own projects with support from senior team members and Directors

• Engage directly with clients, taking detailed briefs and building trusted relationships

• Develop and present design concepts

• Manage documentation, consultant coordination and site delivery phases

• Ensure a high level of design quality, technical resolution and project delivery

What They’re Looking For

• A few years of solid in a design studiom with experience ideally within commercial workplace projects

• Strong design sensibility and ability to develop concepts that align with brand, site and user needs

• Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Suite and presentation tools

• Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience

• A collaborative mindset and ability to manage deadlines and consultant input across project stages
