💰 Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation

Our client is a  respected Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) firm based in Perth, delivering high-quality outcomes across a variety of industry sectors.

As their project pipeline expands, they're seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join our collaborative and professional team.

Whether you're a recent graduate or a seasoned Associate Director, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Cost planning and estimation
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Value engineering and cost control
• Contract administration
• Cost reporting and tender review support
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors

What They're looking for:

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of cost management principles
• Experience with BOQ preparation and cost reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency with CostX or similar measurement software

Personal Qualities

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and driven to grow
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• AIQS membership (or a willingness to join and work towards CQS accreditation)
