The Opportunity

In this role, you will take real ownership of projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will contribute across all project stages while ensuring design integrity, technical coordination, and deadlines are met, with clear pathways for professional growth within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial and retail projects from DA to handover

• Manage documentation and coordination across all project stages

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery

• Run meetings and project discussions confidently when required

• Work collaboratively with project teams to maintain design quality and project timelines

About You

• Registered Architect with experience delivering projects in Australia from DA to completion

• Demonstrated experience on commercial and retail projects

• Proficient in Revit with strong documentation and coordination skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to run meetings with clients and consultants

• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to learn, contribute, and progress your career within a design-led environment
