The Opportunity

In this role, you will take ownership of design and documentation on complex projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to contribute across all project stages while ensuring design integrity, technical coordination, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of complex interior projects

• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met

• Prepare detailed project documentation, ensuring accuracy and design intent

• Coordinate with project teams on production and delivery requirements

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

• Participate in project meetings and site visits as required

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior or Industrial Design, Associate Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, or Architectural Graduate

• 5-10 years of experience working on Hospitality projects 

• Proficient in Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp, VRay, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong design and documentation skills with knowledge of project production and coordination

• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships

• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office

• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required

• Must have the right to live and work in Australia
