Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and deliver high-end commercial and workplace fit-out projects? Join a successful mid-sized Design & Construct firm in Sydney and take your career to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Managing full project lifecycles – from planning to execution and delivery.
✅ Developing and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
✅ Leading and coordinating project teams – including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
✅ Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
✅ Ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
🏗 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Design & Construct sector.
📜 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract administration, and procurement.
📑 Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations.
💻 Proficiency in project management software.
