Senior Interior Designer

Role Description: Working as part of an internal design team, the new Senior Interior Designer will play a crucial role in developing creative and functional interior designs from concept through to construction.
This individual will collaborate closely with clients and a multidisciplinary team to seamlessly integrate design elements into projects, ensuring all interior design documentation is comprehensive and detailed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present creative design concepts in line with client needs and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring integration of design with structural and service elements.
  • Oversee material, finish, and furnishing selections within budgetary constraints.
  • Lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain project objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring quality control throughout.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ local experience in commercial interior fit-outs and refurbishments.
  • Revit and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
