Design Architect – Class 2 Buildings
Sydney Studio | Concept to DA

The Sydney team is currently growing, and they're seeking a capable, design-focused Architect or experienced Graduate to join their studio.

The Role

• Take the lead form concept to DA on new multi-residential developments
• Take the initial client brief
• generate the early concepts 
• Present to stakeholders for approval of concept
• Oversee the DD stage
• Submit DA

You’ll be working closely with Directors and senior team members across the early stages of design – from feasibility and concept through to DA. The role also offers exposure to construction stages, providing well-rounded project involvement and genuine career-building experience.

Projects include high-density residential developments and civic/mixed-use precincts, particularly in the Class 2 building category. You’ll contribute to creating well-considered architecture that responds to both human and urban contexts.
