- Lead and produce documentation packages across all project stages
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate, compliant, and buildable outcomes
- Work with Project Leads to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain quality control across drawing sets and technical outputs
- Support junior team members with documentation standards and ArchiCAD workflows
- 5 years or more experience
- Strong documentation skills and delivery background, ideally in multi-residential or community-focused work
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
