Requirements
- Mid to senior level – you will need to be able to ramp up quickly.
- Hands-on Role – Document, coordination, RFIs, site.
- Mid to Large-scale project delivery experience
- Documentation – general and interior detailing
- Coordination with the internal architectural team
- Coordination with consultants – in all disciplines
- Efficient, organised and time management to meet demanding deadlines – dealing with complex, large-scale projects.
- Problem-solving with good construction knowledge
- Site experience
- Government and health experience is a plus
