Project Coordinator - Health Base Build

The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to the delivery of medium to large-scale health projects. While prior health sector experience is not essential, strong construction knowledge and excellent Revit skills are key. The successful candidate will have experience delivering base build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
  • Utilise strong construction knowledge to oversee project development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years local post-graduate architectural experience.
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes.
  • Experience delivering base build project in healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a keen interest in career progression.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
