The Role

The Contract Administrator will play an essential role in supporting the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include:
- Managing programming, delivery, and scheduling of projects.
- Preparation of Notices of Delay (NOD) and Extensions of Time (EOT).
- Overseeing trade letting, including the scrutiny of subcontractor agreements and work orders.
- Providing support to subcontractors through the preparation of necessary project documentation and invoicing.
- Comprehensive financial oversight, including managing project pre-starts, cost control, and the processing of invoices.
- Developing PCG reports and managing statutory approvals.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with subcontractors.
- Preparing and submitting WHS documentation and site induction documents.
- Managing project documentation through Procore.
- Conducting reviews and providing internal sign-offs for architectural designs, shop drawings, and engineering documents.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Upholding quality assurance, managing defect resolutions, negotiating with contractors, and overseeing the project close-out process.

About You

- Minimum of 3 years' local experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service across all communication platforms—written, telephonic, and face-to-face.
- Excellent attention to detail and superior written communication skills.
- Capable of achieving objectives effectively within set timeframes and executing duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Willing to assist and support team members as needed.
