Project Coordinator - Class 2 & 3 Projects
If you’ve built solid documentation and coordination experience using ArchiCAD and want to move closer to running projects, this role gives you that next level of exposure without expecting you to take full ownership from day one.
You’ll work closely with experienced Project Architects across Class 2 and Class 3 projects, getting involved in consultant coordination, technical resolution, project priorities and delivery decisions rather than sitting purely within documentation.
There’s exposure across design development, documentation and construction, so you’ll build a better understanding of how projects move through each stage and what needs to happen to keep delivery on track. You’ll be coordinating structural, services and specialist consultants, reviewing incoming information and helping resolve issues before they become bigger problems later in the project.
For someone wanting to progress towards Project Architect or Project Leader level, this gives you the chance to develop the broader project skills that are difficult to build in a production-only role. You’ll have senior support around you, but enough responsibility to start building confidence and ownership.
The role is based in Rhodes and sits within a growing studio with a strong residential pipeline, giving you both project continuity and room to keep progressing internally.
