This is a senior technical role for someone who has built strong Revit and documentation capability and now wants ownership over the quality and delivery of the documentation package itself.

You’ll work on large data centre projects where detailed coordination, technical resolution and buildability are critical. Rather than sitting purely in a production role, you’ll be responsible for making sure architectural documentation is accurate, coordinated and issued to the right standard across the project team.

The position sits somewhere between a Senior Architectural Technician and a Project Architect, but with the focus firmly on documentation delivery. You’ll review team output, coordinate structural, building services and specialist consultant information, resolve technical and buildability issues, oversee drawings, details, schedules and Revit models before issue, and help maintain documentation standards across the wider team.

You’ll still be close to the detail, but the value you bring will come from your technical judgement, your ability to identify issues early and your understanding of what good documentation looks like on complex projects. You’ll also play a key role in guiding less experienced team members and helping keep documentation quality consistent from design development through construction.
