Apply to Senior Architect
This is a senior delivery role for an architect who already knows how to take large residential projects through the hard end of the job and wants more ownership over the outcome.
You’ll work across major multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects through documentation and construction with responsibility for consultant coordination, technical resolution, programme, quality and day-to-day delivery. You’ll be dealing directly with Tier 1 builders, responding to RFIs, resolving site issues and making sure design intent is maintained as the project moves through construction. The role will also involve reviewing documentation, coordinating internal teams and consultants, managing competing project demands and acting as a senior point of contact across the project team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys the delivery side of architecture, understands how large residential projects are actually built and is comfortable making decisions when documentation, consultant input and construction requirements need to come together quickly.
This role specifically looks for senior-level project leadership, strong coordination, knowledge of construction methodologies and experience operating within an architectural studio environment.
