What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of major property projects, providing strategic cost management advice from early feasibility through procurement, construction and final account.
Working alongside Project Managers, you'll provide integrated commercial advice across the project lifecycle, helping clients make informed decisions around procurement, commercial risk, project costs and delivery strategy.
You'll build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors while becoming a trusted advisor across multiple projects. As a senior member of the Adelaide team, you'll also mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, share your technical knowledge and contribute to the continued success and growth of the local business.
What you'll need
• 5+ years' consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
• Strong experience across both pre and post contract services
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage projects independently while mentoring junior team members
• Strong commercial judgement and a collaborative approach to project delivery
• AIQS, RICS or equivalent professional accreditation, or working towards chartership, will be highly regarded
