What you'll be doing
You'll lead the delivery of major commissions across the NSW property market, providing strategic commercial advice from early feasibility through to project completion. Working closely with senior clients, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping shape procurement strategies, manage commercial risk and deliver successful project outcomes.
Beyond project delivery, you'll play an active role in strengthening long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships. You'll contribute to business development, support proposals and presentations, and help drive the continued growth of the NSW Quantity Surveying business.
Internally, you'll mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors across the team while working alongside experienced leaders to maintain the high commercial and technical standards the business is known for. You'll also collaborate closely with Project Management, Advisory and Asset Management teams, providing clients with an integrated service across the full project lifecycle.
What you'll need
• Previous experience operating at Associate Director level, or an experienced Senior Associate ready for the next step
• Strong experience leading major commissions from feasibility through to completion
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and provide strategic commercial advice
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals or client growth initiatives
• AIQS, RICS or equivalent professional accreditation
• Strong leadership skills with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
