Design Manager
This is an opportunity for an experienced architect, project manager or design professional who wants to step beyond traditional architectural delivery and take greater ownership of major commercial, industrial and retail developments.
You’ll be representing the client throughout the design process, giving you direct influence over the decisions that shape the project. The role covers the brief, consultant team, approvals, design risks, program, budget and buildability, so it suits someone who enjoys keeping both the commercial and design outcomes on track.
You’ll be working directly with clients and leading architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants from early design through documentation and construction. It’s a good fit for someone who can challenge design decisions, resolve issues early and keep the consultant team moving toward a coordinated and buildable outcome.
