A design-led Sydney architecture practice is seeking an ArchiCAD Architectural Technician to support a strong pipeline of Class 2 and aged care projects.

The studio has an established presence across Greater Sydney, with work across multi-residential, seniors living, community and residential developments. Known for balancing design quality with technical rigour, the practice places strong value on accurate documentation, clear coordination and practical delivery outcomes.

This role would suit a technician who enjoys the detail of architecture and is confident working within a structured project team. You’ll be involved in preparing and coordinating drawing packages, supporting Project Architects and consultants through key delivery stages, and helping ensure documentation is clear, consistent and buildable.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on documentation role for an Architectural Technician with strong ArchiCAD capability and experience across delivery-stage projects.

You’ll contribute to Class 2 and aged care work, focusing on drawing production, consultant coordination, mark-ups, revisions and construction documentation. It’s a good fit for someone who takes pride in precise technical output and enjoys working through complex project detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage construction documentation packages
• Coordinate drawing sets with consultants and internal project teams
• Work across ArchiCAD on live project documentation
• Support project delivery through detailed documentation stages
• Maintain consistent, buildable and well-organised drawing outputs

Skills & Experience

• Relevant architectural qualification
• Strong exposure to Class 2 and/or aged care projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Solid understanding of Australian codes, standards and documentation requirements
• High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
