Revit Project Architect (Industrial)

Take the lead on major warehouse developments across Queensland, managing projects from concept design through to construction within an established national architecture practice.

This Project Architect opportunity offers an experienced Architect the chance to take ownership of large-scale industrial projects, working with developers, builders and consultants to deliver technically complex buildings.

The practice works across warehousing, distribution centres, logistics facilities and industrial estates. Projects involve detailed site planning, operational considerations and coordination between multiple building disciplines.

The role involves managing design development, preparing and reviewing Revit documentation, coordinating consultants and overseeing construction-stage delivery. Responsibilities also include managing project programmes, resolving technical issues, reviewing specifications and ensuring documentation meets Australian building standards.

Client communication is an important part of the position, with responsibility for managing expectations, leading project meetings and maintaining progress against agreed deliverables. There's also involvement in guiding architectural team members and reviewing documentation to maintain technical quality.
